David Berger has over 35 years experience in Talent and Change Management, having worked in a variety of different occupational fields. He has held positions with Friendly’s Restaurants, Philhaven Hospital, Edgewater Psychiatric Center, Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, Highmark Blue Cross & Blue Shield and Capital BlueCross.
David is a keynote speaker and leadership development consultant. He has consulted with a variety of organizations throughout the United States to include Bayer Drug, Erie Insurance Group, Giant Foods (Ahold Co.) Harrisburg Area Community College, The Hershey Company, Jones Lang LaSalle and Penn State University, just to name a few.
He is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Getting to Know David Berger
Outside of my consulting business, I volunteer my time as the founder and director of a non-profit Christian Counseling Center at St. John’s Church in Steelstown, Pennsylvania. The counseling center provides Christ-centered, biblically-based emotional, relational, and spiritual guidance to children, teens, and adults experiencing challenging life issues.
When I am not volunteering my time or working, I enjoy spending quality time with family. I have been happily married to my wife for 35 years and am a proud father of two children. Recently, I have been promoted to the position of Pop Pop with the addition of three granddaughters.
