David Berger has over 35 years of experience in Leadership Development and Change Management having worked in a variety of industries to include food service, psychiatric, entertainment, and health insurance.
David has impacted the lives of thousands of students. While at Capital Blue Cross (CBC), David and his colleague’s work, over five years, led to the Talent Management function being inducted into the Training Magazine Top 10 Hall of Fame in 2017.
More recently, David’s program design, development, and facilitation work, coupled with the support of his colleagues, on a new program entitled Transformational Leadership, resulted in CBC receiving Training Magazine’s Top 100 Hall of Fame Outstanding Training Initiatives in July 2021.
